How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you are returning an item. We will provide you with a code number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the code number.
Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If you wish to exchange your item, or part of your item, please send an email with this request to email@example.com. Exchanges are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Please allow 5 to 7 days for production. Except for one of a kind pieces, all items are made to order.
With the exception of items that are finished on a Saturday, items will be shipped within 24 hours of completion.
Items completed on a Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Once tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Most items are shipped using USPS first class shipping.
